I am a SARAO postdoctoral fellow at the University of Cape Town, South Africa.

Currently, I am working on a project aimed at surveying galaxies in HI emission over last ~9 billion years of the Universe with the Looking At the Distant Universe with the MeerKAT Array (LADUMA) collaboration. My research primarily focuses on studying the diffuse gas in and around the galaxies through cosmic history using multi-wavelength observations. I aim to address the crucial gaps in our knowledge regarding the role of diffuse gas by studying the H I scaling relations, exploring the impact of environmental effects on these scaling relations, and investigating the connection between cold neutral hydrogen gas in galaxies and photoionized cool circumgalactic medium (CGM) gas.
